An adaptation of the standard PUMA, the PUMA-LITE is supplied with a lightweight Ni-MH battery. This reduces the total weight to just 1.37Kgs, 35% less than the standard PUMA. The higher capacity battery also increases the running time by an additional 20 minutes operating for 1.5hrs on full power.
The PUMA-LITE has a LED indicator to signal the battery status and can be charged at any state of discharge without damaging the battery.
For forensic applications this searchlight can be fitted with a diffused filter, or you can connect the “LATENT-LITE” for detecting fingerprints.
